Government Bus Sales Representative

  • Develop new sales in the territory. Applicants must be able understand company product lines or services.  Prepare and deliver bids to customers. Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers. Must have excellent communication skills.  Mechanical aptitude preferred.  A strong work ethic and self-motivated to meet or exceed establish sales goals.  Must be able to prepare bids and deliver in a timely manner.  

  • Bus Detailer - Seasonal

    Cleans inside and outside of buses.  Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

  • Lot Worker- Seasonal

    Responsible for transporting buses to off-site locations, parking and shuttling buses inside company lots, scannng inventory of buses daily, check in new inventory, fuel and test drive buses. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks at once is required. CDL with air brake endorsement is required.

  • Works closely with the front counter and outside sales personnel to promote and grow sales to meet or exceed company goals. Maintain adequate parts inventory levels to meet customer demands but still comply with company turn around guidelines. Review and approve all customer credits.     • Conduct the flow of all service work, technician accountability, vehicle repair completion, documentation, and continuous communication with outher departments. Understand and ensure compliance with all vendor policies and warranty procedures. Maintain high quality service repairs to minimize comebacks. Investigate the progress of vehicle repair completion by conducting periodic spot checks of all jobs throughout the day. Contact customers regarding any additions or changes to the repair of their vehicle. Explain cost and time requirements in detail, and get proper authorization before any additional repairs are made. Ensure all repairs are documented, technicians' comments are descriptive and precise, and that the alloted time is noted prior to submission for closing. Understand and keep abreast of all federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA, and EPA.
