Assistant Service Manager

Assists the Service Manager in conducting the flow of all service work, technician accountability, vehicle repair completion, documentation and continuous communication. Understanding and ensuring compliance with all vendor policies and warranty procedures. Investigating the progress of vehicle repair completion by conducting spot checks. Communication with customers on changes or additions to the repair of the vehicle. Minimum of 5 years technical experience in the medium/heavy duty truck industry preferred.

Lot Worker

Responsible for transporting buses to off-site locations, parking and shuttling buses inside company lots, scannng inventory of buses daily, check in new inventory, fuel and test drive buses. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks at once is required. CDL with air brake endorsement is required.

CDL Delivery Drivers with Passenger Endorsement (for Local Deliveries) Part-Time

Must have a valid CDL, Air Brake and Passenger endorsements. Must have clean driving record. 

Mechanic  - Full-Time - 2nd Shift

Services and maintains gas and diesel powered buses, light duty truck and medium duty bus.  Diesel engine experience required.  Applicants must have basic set of tools. This is a 2nd shift position working Monday through Thursday 1:30pm to 12:00am

Field Service Technician - Kankakee, IL / Southern Chicago Suburbs Area

  • Travel to customer locations to service and maintain gasoline and diesel powered buses, light duty truck and medium duty bus. Diagnose mechanical defects and carries out a preventive maintenance program. Inspects and repairs school buses per IDOT requirements. Inspects and repairs complete brake systems.

    Answer customer phone calls. Assign work orders to technicians. Picking and issuing parts to technicians. Warranty parts processing and return. Prepare written estimates for service work and parts. Act as liaison between customers, manufacturers and technicians. Input all work orders in computer system. Track service work orders from start to finish. Keeps updated on all warranty policies and product changes to maintain effectiveness in this role. Ensure timely completion of work orders.
